The Importance of Partnerships

Posted on January 11, 2021 at 1:45 PM Comments comments (21504)

As 2020 has come to a close and we reflect on all of the changes that our company has experienced, we are so thankful for our many partnerships.

We have partnered with the Adel Chamber of Commerce for the last 4+ years and they have been instrumental in helping us grow our business. Many people request recommendations on Facebook and the Chamber is always quick to provide our name and other local businesses in the area. If you have a local Chamber of Commerce, we highly recommend getting involved. Pre-Covid they throw events in the area for you to connect with other small businesses to get ideas on how to improve, grow and better your business and the community.

We recently did a story about our partnership with the Chamber in Adel living, you can see the full story here.

In 2020, we also expanded our partnership with other businesses such as Hy-line," target="_blank"> Iconic Apparel, and" target="_blank">Selfie World. Selfie Wrld has been one of our most fun partnerships as we have watched the company grow from the Des Moines location to other locations throughout the United States including Miami and Sioux Falls. We are excited to see where Self World will pop up next.

We have also been thankful for all of our residential clients who spend their hard-earned cash to improve their homes. Stay tune for future blog posts that discuss the trends we have been seeing and helpful cost-friendly advice.

One of our 2021 goals is to write more" target="_blank">blog posts to provide helpful tidbits to homeowners as they remodel their homes. We hope you will be back to find helpful advice and to consider us as your next home renovation trusted partner.

Cheers to a remarkable 2021!

Bathroom Remodels

Posted on July 14, 2017 at 10:45 AM Comments comments (67028)

Fun Fact Friday:

Bathroom remodels can come in many different forms - new bathroom in the basement, updating the current cabinet(s), mirrors, lighting, flooring, etc. Do you want to put in a new custom tile shower? Do you want a new jacuzzi bathtub? Tile surround?

Once you've decided the layout, and what you want updated, you have to think about all of the colors, textures and decor along with it.

No matter what you decide or how you want it to look - we always tell our customers to make sure you do one bathroom at a time. We've done more than 10 bathroom remodels over the years, many of them within the same home, but we always recommend that you do one bathroom at a time as timelines can be slowed down based on manufacturers. We promise..  living without a shower, toilet or sink for a day, week, etc, is as enjoyable as you would assume.

If you'd like more information or tips on best practices, please come back for future blog posts.

If you'd like to remodel your bathroom or add a new bathroom to your current home - please call/text Nick at 515.494.4042 or feel free to reach out via email at [email protected]!

Thanks and Have a Great Weekend!
